Mae Ping Physical Therapy Clinic (MPPT)
Mae Ping (named after the river that runs through Chiang Mai) Physical Therapy Clinic, or MPPT, was founded by Dr. Prapas Pothongsunun (PhD and DPT from New York University) who served as former head of the Physical Therapy Department at Chiang Mai University. Currently, this private practice focuses primarily on hydrotherapy and rehabilitation with adult populations in the area. Dr. Prapas’ wealth of knowledge of both ‘western’ and Thai traditional healing afford MPPT the ability to serve a diverse group of patients, hosting training for young practitioners and rehabilitation specialists alike.
